Elysian Society operates on a selective basis. Not all applications will be progressed, as maintaining a respectful, composed, and well-balanced environment is essential.Selection is based on compatibility, discretion, and the ability to engage within the framework and tone that Elysian Society upholds.

Consultation

Successful applicants will be invited to an online private consultation. This conversation is designed to explore preferences, expectations, and personal dynamics in more detail.The purpose of this stage is not only to understand what is desired, but to ensure that it can be delivered in a way that feels natural, appropriate, and mutually comfortable. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Elysian Society operates on a selective and considered basis. All payments made for experiences or membership are treated as a commitment to the time, preparation, and service being reserved.By proceeding with any payment, you confirm that you have carefully considered your financial position and are comfortable committing to the amount in full. We encourage all clients to make decisions responsibly and not to proceed if doing so would place you under financial strain.All payments must be agreed in advance and are required to confirm your booking or activate membership access. Time is reserved specifically for you once payment is received.Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly agreed in advance. This reflects the preparation, scheduling, and exclusivity of the time allocated.Membership subscriptions are recurring and will continue until cancelled. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription. Should payment be cancelled or fail, access to communications and membership services will be withdrawn.For experience bookings, cancellations or changes must be communicated with appropriate notice. A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. Time is reserved exclusively for you once a booking is confirmed. As such, any payments made prior to the experience start date and time are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation.Elysian Society reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any booking or membership where necessary, including where conduct, communication, or circumstances do not align with the expected standard.All payments are made in agreement with these terms.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

CANCELLATIONS

Elysian Society operates on a selective and pre-arranged basis. All bookings require time to be reserved, prepared, and held exclusively.By confirming a booking, you are committing to the agreed time and terms.Cancellations must be made with appropriate advance notice prior to the experience start date and time by emailing us at: [email protected]A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request.Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of any payment already made including but not limited to deposits and part-payments. This reflects the time reserved and the inability to reallocate the booking at short notice.Failure to attend a confirmed booking, or cancellation on the day of the engagement, will be treated as a full cancellation and no refund will be provided.Where appropriate notice is given, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion. This is not guaranteed and will depend on availability.Repeated cancellations, late changes, or failure to attend may result in refusal of future bookings.For extended engagements, including overnight or travel arrangements, additional notice may be required. Any specific terms will be agreed in advance.Membership subscriptions are separate from experience bookings. Membership payments are recurring and must be cancelled in line with the subscription terms. Cancelling a membership will stop future payments and communications but does not result in refunds for previous billing periods. It is the subscribers sole responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to make payments and we do not supply a refund where products or services have already been supplied.Elysian Society reserves the right to cancel or withdraw from any booking where necessary. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded or rescheduled where appropriate.
